Koepfer 200 7 axis CNC Hobbing Machine with fully integrated Automation system:
High accuracy machine capable of producing Spur, 45 deg Helical gears, Worm gears, Crown and special forms.  Equipped with a fine pitch skiving probe to re-cut gears as fine as 80 DP and gears as hard as 60 HRc.  Machine is also capable of multiple gears using 2 different hobs in one loading of the part.  Work piece diameter range 4.725 dia. External gear by 11.800 long with a max face width of 7.874 inches. Max D.P. 8.

Koepfer 153B Hobbing Machine with fully integrated Automation system:
Precision machine capable of producing Spur, 45 deg Helical gears, Worm gears, Crown and special forms. Work piece diameter range 3.150 dia. External gear by 8.661 long with a max face width of 5.906 inches. Max D.P. 12.

Model GC20 5 Axis high-efficiency CNC gear hobbing machine. 5 axis CNC control with fanuc 16MA controller. High accuracy machine capable of producing spur, helical (+/-45), crown and special forms.  Maximum Work piece size: 7.9” dia. by 27.6” long work piece. Max face width of 9.8” with a Max D.P. of 4.23.

(2) Mitsubishi GD10 CNC Hobbing Machine
Model GD10 5 Axis high-efficiency CNC gear hobbing machine. 5 axis CNC control with fanuc 16MA controller. High accuracy machine capable of producing spur, helical (+/-45), crown and special forms. Maximum Work piece size: 5.9” dia. by 20” long work piece. Max face width of 9.8” with a Max D.P. of 6.35.

Mitsubishi ST 25 6 axis CNC Gear Shaper with Fanuc 16i-MB control:
Precision gear shaper with Flexible Guide System, allows cutting of internal and external helical gears to +/- 36 degrees without the need to purchase costly helical guides, saving time and money. Work piece diameter range 9.800 dia. External gear and 11.000 Dia. Internal gear both with a max face width of 2.4 inches. Max D.P. of 4.23

Precision gear shaper with G.E. fanuc CNC controls, high accuracy with hydrostatic guide and special center support arranged for cutting spur and helical gears by standard or multipass methods. 10 inch internal or external pitch diameters by 4 inch face widths.
